Project Overview : 

Ye ek residential project hai jo 1800 sq. ft. plot area par design kiya gaya hai, jisme fuctional spaces aur natural elemants ka perfect blend diya gaya hai. Ghar ka facade clean lines, box projections aur wooden tile clading ke combination se banaya gaya hai, jo ise classy aur eye-catching banata hai.

Plot size - 30 feet x 60 feet = 1800 sq. ft.

Site location - Barabanki, Lucknow.

Client - Mr. Ashutosh verma

Project cost - 65 Lacs

Design Intent : 

Design ka main maksad tha simplicity ke saath style ko lana. White walls aur horizontal wooden bandes ke beech ek strong contrast diya gaya hai. Projection boxes se depth creat hoti hai aur front elevation dynamic lagta hai.

Material Used : 

  • Wooden texure tiles (for facade cladding)
  • White & light gray paint finish (for walls surface)
  • Metal gate with wooden panels
  • glass railing
  • cement plaster with groove lines ( to enhance depth )
Architectural Feachers :
  • Boxy projections for bold appearance 
  • balanced window placements for symmetry
  • shade-providing terrace railing
  • use of natural tones to blend with surroundings

Conclusion :
